The Challenge
Abouelazm Pharmacy had the trust and the product range (skincare, hair care, beauty, baby care, wellbeing and more) but selling online is a different game. Shoppers compare prices across tabs, give up on slow pages, and drop off when they can't find a product in a few taps. The pharmacy needed a store that felt like its own brand rather than a template, made a big catalogue easy to browse, kept the offers front and centre, and stayed fast on the phones most of its customers shop from.
Our Solution
We built a branded Shopify store in the pharmacy's navy and gold. Shopping starts the moment the page loads: a search bar, a category menu for every department, and round category shortcuts (Offers, Skin Care, Hair Care, Beauty, Baby Care, Sun & Tan, Bath & Body) right under the hero. Product rails for New Arrivals, Offers, Beauty and Bath & Body carry quick add-to-cart buttons and show the original and discounted price side by side, so promo packs and 1+1 deals sell themselves. Shop by Brand helps the shoppers who already know what they want. The trust signals customers ask about sit on the homepage: pharmacist advice, authentic products, two-day delivery in Cairo and Giza, cash on delivery, Visa or InstaPay, and a WhatsApp button for help before buying. A free-shipping bar above 250 EGP nudges bigger baskets. The store runs in English and Arabic, and we tuned images and theme code for speed and checked it on phones, tablets and desktops.
