findmysite
Our own lead finder for web agencies: it scans a city, grades every business website the way a designer would, ranks the worst ones first and drafts the opening line of the pitch.

The Challenge
Selling redesigns starts with hours of homework. Search a niche in a city, open every site one tab at a time, time it, judge the design, dig for an email, then write an opener that doesn't sound like spam. And vague claims like "your site looks dated" get ignored; owners reply to facts they can check for themselves. We pitch redesigns every week, so we wanted a tool that does the boring half and hands over a ranked call list with something real to say.
Our Solution
Pick a niche and a city, and findmysite pulls every business Google Places lists there, website or not. Then it measures each one. Google PageSpeed on the mobile profile gives real seconds to quote. A vision model reads a screenshot and names two to four problems the owner can see for themselves. Checks like HTTPS, a mobile viewport and a stale copyright year fill in the rest. Everything rolls into one outreach score where a worse site ranks higher, so the best lead is always on top. Each prospect card carries the findings to quote and the ways to reach the owner, and outreach comes ready as an email, a text and a cold-call script, each opening with a measured fact. Emails go out from your own Gmail (up to three mailboxes, each with a daily cap), or the list exports as CSV to any CRM. Radar saves a niche and a state and rescans weekly, fortnightly or monthly, moving city to city and only adding businesses you haven't seen. It runs on Next.js and Supabase, with Gemini and Claude doing the reading and the writing.
